NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, 4/22/2026, at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear the following cases:

BZA-2025-15, Mundy’s Bar & Grill, LLC, Teresa Demana, who is presenting new information on the conditionally approved Variance from Article 33, Section 3303.02 to allow a gravel parking area instead of hard surface at 3520 E. National Rd.

BZA-2026-03, Robert and Elizabeth Stokes, who are requesting a Variance from Article 26, Section 2600, to reduce the side setback from 50 ft. to approximately 23 ft. to construct an addition to the dwelling at 3803 Petre Rd.

BZA-2026-04, Charles and Mary Jo Davis, who are requesting a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, D to construct a garage that exceeds the maximum 3200 sq. ft. by an additional 840 sq. ft. at 4335 Redmond Rd.
