The Springfield Township Zoning Commission will meet at 6 p.m. April 15, 2026, at 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road, Springfield, Ohio, to discuss amending the zoning code to define, permit, and regulate the construction of data centers. Discussion topics will include, but are not limited to: defining "Data Center" within the Zoning Resolution, identifying appropriate zoning districts, setting development standards and addressing infrastructure impacts.

While this is a work session, public input regarding the proposed text is encouraged. Comments may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting to jtuttle@spfldtwp.org or provided in person during the designated public comment period. 

This is not a final public hearing for adoption.
