The Springfield Township Zoning Commission will not meet on May 20th. The next scheduled meeting will be held on June 17th at 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road, Springfield, Ohio, to discuss amending the zoning code to define, permit, and regulate the construction of data centers. Discussion topics will include, but are not limited to: defining "Data Center" within the Zoning Resolution, identifying appropriate zoning districts, setting development standards and addressing infrastructure impacts.
