The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday,
5/27/2026, at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear
the following cases:
BZA-2025-15, Mundy’s Bar and Grill, LLC, Teresa Demana, who is presenting new information on the conditionally approved Variance from Article 33, Section 3303.02 to allow a gravel parking area instead of hard surface at 3520 E. National Rd.
BZA-2026-05, Tracy Impson, who is requesting a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, D to construct a barn with a covered porch that exceeds the maximum 1800 sq. ft. at 386 Victory Rd.
BZA-2026-06, Richard and Kayla Wyen, who are requesting a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, D to construct a barn with two overhangs that will exceed the maximum 2,400 sq. ft. at 1847 W. Possum Rd.
BZA-2026-07, Bradley and Whitney Jarzab, who are requesting a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, D to construct an accessory building that exceeds the maximum 1800 sq. ft. at 2214 Stowe Dr.
